Swim Lessons

This summer Arie took swimming lessons, with his cousins, at a local pool. He absolutely loved it, and made some good improvements. When they were learning to float, Arie had a really hard time. He couldn't get his legs to float. He finally told his teacher that, "There's not enough air in my legs!"

It only lasted 2 weeks, but he loved every second. Even in the FREEZING pool. We went early in the morning, so the pool hadn't quite warmed up yet. Even still, it was hard to get the kids out of the pool each time.

Arie went from not being able to even put his face in the water because, "It gets water on my face!", to being able to bob all the way under water. Needless to say now he thinks he can "swim". Not so much. Still working on those airless legs.
